The new DWA Apparel page is live! Drivers and warehouse members in Florence and Jersey City can explore approved designs, download artwork for their printer or embroidery shop, and submit a reimbursement request—all in one place.
Choose clothing you actually want to wear: your preferred fit, fabric and style. From hats and shirts to hoodies and jackets, make it yours and represent the Dairy Workers’ Association.
How it works
1. Choose your apparel
Pick the clothing you like. Before buying, confirm that your shop accepts customer-supplied garments and check current reimbursement limits and eligible costs with a DWA representative. Keep your itemized purchase receipt.
2. Make it DWA
Browse the garment examples and four hat designs, then download the matching artwork. Printing and embroidery files are clearly separated so you can send the right design to your shop. Keep your customization receipt.
Use the artwork files—not the mockup photos. Embroidery artwork still needs professional digitization and an approved sample stitch-out before production. The page also includes a member and printer guide to help match the decoration method to your garment.
3. Submit your receipts!
Use the apparel reimbursement form and provide:
- Your apparel purchase receipt.
- Your customization receipt.
- A clear photo of the finished DWA apparel.
You can scan and upload both receipts, or choose the physical-receipt option and turn them in to a union representative. Include your request reference number so they can be matched. A photo of the finished apparel must still be uploaded.
Reimbursement requires approval. Requests go to the President and Vice President for review. Submitting a request does not guarantee payment. Please cover payment-card and bank details on receipts before uploading.
