Discussion

The new contract has been reviewed, modified, and finalized by the attorneys for both the Union and COL. It has not been signed as of yet.

  • 1/11/26

Our brothers from Clover Farms have an expiring contract as of 2/1/26 and they have yet to begin negotiations pertaining to their expiring contract with Cream-O-Land Dairy.

We would like to discuss Improvements to the second shift warehouse loading of the trucks for the drivers. It is a two-sided coin so the warehouse can make suggestions for the drivers as well.

A discussion is needed when a driver from wholesale transitions to a school route.

End of the year tax season.

Financial allocation for the year ahead.
