Arbitration of Dispute over Failure to pay sick and personal days/Article V
- Company has made an offer.
- A memo will be put out for all drivers and warehouse workers to review and voice their opinion to their representatives before a decision is made.
- Memorandum Violation
- School drivers are to be offered work when they are closed for non-union holidays. Company violated the agreement on Columbus Day and have agreed to make restitution to all drivers who went unpaid. Going forward they will offer work based on seniority especially those without sick, personal, or vacation days.

- Dues increase will apply to all reps and incoming members starting the first week of October. Any member that decides not to have their dues increased until the next contract may reserve that right.

Article X- Removal of Officers/Members
- Please see the letter sent to the member in question on the DWA website to follow along. It has been redacted to protect the member’s anonymity.
- Every section in the constitutional bylaws pertaining to this article have been followed, can be questioned, and verified.
- The members at today’s meeting must select a three-person trial board to hear the matter at a date that will be set by the Executive/Trustees Board by 12/6/24.
Please, all Union reps see HR and fill out the new dues forms to modify what you are asking new members to contribute. We lead by example.

Representatives, please introduce ideas as to how to give back to the members during this holiday season for their hard work and efforts.
Representatives, please notify members of the Goodwill Benefit Fund, Driver’s License Renewal Reimbursement, Grievance Forms, give out contracts, and tell them about our meetings please.
